Hi! My name is Ella and I am the founder of Harmony House.

I am a qualified naturopath with a Bachelor of Health Sciences in Naturopathy and over four years of experience in the natural health and wellness field. My mission is to support, empower, and educate individuals on their journey to optimal health, grounded in the belief that our best quality of life is achieved by trusting the body’s innate ability to heal and restore harmony within itself.

My specializations include hormonal health (menstrual health, PCOS, endometriosis, adenomyosis, menopause, male hormones, fertility) as well as cognitive health and emotional wellbeing. Additionally, I am well-versed in treating a broad spectrum of health issues, such as metabolic diseases, autoimmune conditions, acute infections, and gut health. I welcome individuals of all ages, genders, and cultural backgrounds, and I am committed to working with anyone seeking to improve their well-being.

The core principle of holistic medicine is understanding that the body is more than just a collection of parts; it is an interconnected whole that functions in harmony with its environment. My passion lies in helping clients reintegrate the aspects of themselves that have been treated as separate entities for too long, enabling the mind, body, and soul to work in unison. This holistic approach fosters balanced, sustainable health and allows individuals to flourish to the fullest, now and into the future.

My own journey began in 2018, when I found myself with a diagnosis of PCOS, and was told that I would never be able to eat food freely and intuitively (I’m Italian, so this was a lot), that I would have to go on birth control to improve my symptoms, and may never be able to have children. I immediately rejected this idea and went looking for my own answers, inspired by the spark of intuitive wisdom passed down to me by my mother and Nonna before me, that nature is the answer. After seeing a sign on a bus stop advertising a herbal medicine degree, I undertook my Bachelor of Health Sciences and continued on my journey of discovering the body’s incredible self-healing power. Now, I want to share these discoveries with you, and help you feel that life can be so much more simple, beautiful and hopeful when we begin to trust nature and our intrinsic connection to it.

I acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land where I work and live, the Kaurna people, and pay my respects to Elders past, present and emerging.

I celebrate the stories, culture and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders of all communities who also work and live on this land.

Always was, always will be.
