During an initial consultation, I’ll take a comprehensive look at your health history and your primary health concerns. We'll chat about your diet and lifestyle, consider your family history, and arrange for any necessary tests and diagnosis referrals. Together, we'll create a treatment plan tailored to you, including herbal or nutraceutical prescriptions if needed.

In the follow-up consultation, we will assess your progress, maintain motivation, analyse pathology test results (if applicable), and discuss any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan and health goals. These consultations ensure that your healthcare strategy remains tailored to your evolving needs.

This 15-20 minute consult is applicable to acute illnesses such as colds & flus, gastro, mild injuries, that need some short-term support. It includes a short review of your presenting complaint and a tailored treatment plan with a personalised herbal formula and/or nutraceutical prescription where necessary.

Book this appointment if you are in need of a prescription re-fill, be it your tailored herbal formula or a practitioner-only product that you need access to. We will review your current condition to ensure the medicines are still relevant to improving your health an make adjustments where necessary.
